If your DAB Water Heater tank is overflowing and the pump isn't working, several issues could be the cause. First, the delivery pipe, pump intake grille, or impeller might be blocked; in this case, remove any obstructions. Second, the pump might not be correctly connected to the delivery pipe; check that the pump slide is at its full limit (only for 280 l tanks). Third, a no return valve could be blocked; clean the valve. Fourth, the interception valve may be closed; open the valve. Finally, the pump characteristics may be insufficient.
