SYMPTOMS
ҮManual operation switch is pushed
on, but signal lamp doesn’t “ON”.
ҮSignal switch keeps lighting about 3
minutes.
ҮLack of grease delivery
ҮExcessive grease delivery
CAUSE
ҮLack of grease in transparent jar.
ҮLeakage of grease in main line.
ҮTrouble of pressure switch, control unit
and signal lamp or incorrect wiring
ҮForeign parts in main line
ҮInadequate capacity of metering nipple
ҮInadequate time set of control unit
ҮInadequate capacity of metering nipple.
REMEDY
ҮReplenish grease
ҮInspect fitting and correct leakage part.
ҮChange damaged part and correct
wiring.
ҮCheck the pressure in main line and
clean.
ҮIn normal condition, the operation
pressure is over 30bar, after operation
the pressure go down below 10bar
quickly.
ҮChange metering nipple
ҮReadjust time set
ҮChange metering nipple
Troubleshooting is not possible, turn “OFF” main switch and disconnect terminal connected to control unit ot stop
the operation. (stop the rest time memoried in control unit.)
