3.4 AS TRONIC CLUTCH UNIT
The clutch unit (1) is attached to the integrated
clutch housing of the gearbox.

With AS Tronic gearboxes, the clutch is
operated fully automatically by the
electropneumatic clutch unit (1), which, in its
turn, is controlled by the electronics inside the
gearbox modulator (5). The wiring harness (2)
connects the clutch unit to the modulator (5).
The wiring harness connects the clutch unit (9)
to the gearbox modulator (5) via a connector (4).
