Operation of GV valve
The GV (“Getriebevorschalt”) pre-selector valve
ensures that when the clutch pedal is depressed
pressure is supplied to the splitter cylinder via
the relay valve.
If the clutch pedal is not depressed, this bleeds
the splitter cylinder.
The splitter cylinder will stay in the position to
which it was last switched.
