Grounding
A grounding lug is provided in control box for a ground wire.
Grounding also may be accomplished by grounding the power
line conduit to the unit.
WARNING
This unit must be permanently grounded. A ground lug is provided near the
contactor for a ground wire. Failure to do so can cause a re or electrical
shock resulting in property damage, severe personal injury or death.
Thermostat
An appropriate thermostat should be mounted on an inside wall
in a location where it will not be aected by the sun or drafts,
from open doors or other sources. Install, level, and after
installation check the thermostat calibration and recalibrate if
necessary. Refer to thermostat manufacturer’s information for
additional installation, checkout and operation instructions.
