Procedure to remove the top panel of the outdoor unit by unscrewing it.
Procedure to remove the front panel of the outdoor unit by unscrewing it.
Procedure to remove the discharge grille from the outdoor unit by unfastening hooks.
Remove the outdoor fan by loosening the retaining nut.
Remove the fan motor by unscrewing its mounting screws.
Disconnect connecting and power supply wires from the terminal board.
Remove the conduit mounting plate after loosening nuts.
Disconnect various electrical components like connectors and clamps.
Remove the main electrical box after disconnecting its relay connector.
Remove screws securing the terminal board and earth/ground.
Release the relay harness by cutting and pulling clamps.
Remove the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) after unfastening screws and hooks.
Remove the right side panel by unscrewing covers and panels.
Remove outdoor heat exchanger and discharge pipe thermistors.
Remove the partition plate by unscrewing it.
Remove the sound blanket from the back of the unit.
Remove the sound blanket from the top of the unit.
Open and pull up the outer sound blanket.
Remove the sound blanket from the inner part of the unit.
Pull out the electronic expansion valve coil.
Remove the four way valve coil by unscrewing it.
Heat and remove the four way valve.
Remove the terminal cover and protection bushing.
Disconnect compressor lead wires and overload protector.
Lift and remove the compressor after removing nuts.
