ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: 8774
1. Unpack the lamp carefully and inspect all parts.
2. Place the shade on the arms. Level the shade to its
horizontal position.
3. Insert 40Watt bulb into the socket.
Uses (1) maximum 40Watt Type “G” Bulb or
(1) 5Watt, candelabra base, CFL Bulb (Bulb not included)
Note: Not all CFL bulbs are the same in length.
Make sure your bulb length is compatible with
the height of the shade. (3 inches or less – total length)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
