What to do if DALGAKIRAN Dryair DK40's indicator light is on but the refrigerant compressor does not turn on?

If the DALGAKIRAN Dehumidifier's indicator light is on, but the refrigerant compressor isn't running, it could be due to several reasons. First, the electrical phases might be inverted; try inverting two of the phases. Second, the refrigeration unit might not be functioning, so check the refrigeration compressor. Third, the refrigerant high pressure protection may have tripped; manually reset the high pressure switch. Finally, the ambient temperature might be too high; ensure the dryer is operating within its designed temperature conditions, as detailed in this manual.
