      To resolve the issue of no Dolby Atmos sound when using Xbox One S or Xbox One X with your DAMSON Home Theater System, navigate to 'Display & Sounds' in the X-Box menu. Then, in Audio Output, select 'Bit stream Out' for HDMI Audio and 'Atmos Home Theatre' for Bit stream format. After changing these settings, you shouldn't need to do it again. If the content is Atmos enabled the LED on the S-Woofer will flash red while in use. This issue occurs because the Xbox audio settings are not initially configured for Atmos output.

      If your BluRay player isn't playing Dolby Atmos on your DAMSON system, the audio settings are likely not configured correctly. Go to the audio settings in your BluRay player and change the output to TrueHD. When the S-Woofer receives Dolby Atmos content, the LED will flash.

      If the remote control for your DAMSON Home Cinema system seems unresponsive, first replace the batteries. If that doesn't work, try reconnecting the remote control to the Home Cinema system by removing the power cable from the S-Woofer for about 20 seconds, then reinserting it. Next, press and hold the volume minus and mute buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds. It may take a couple of tries to repair the remote.

      If Dolby Atmos isn't playing through ARC from your TV on your DAMSON Home Theater System, your TV might not support Dolby Atmos via ARC. Check your TV settings for ARC compatibility, referring to your TV manufacturer's manual. If your TV doesn't support it, input your source device (Blu-ray player / Xbox) directly into the S-Woofer HDMI ports.

      To resolve S-Cubes dropping out after 60 seconds on your DAMSON surround sound system, reconnect the S-Cubes to the home cinema. Hold down the pair button on the back of the S-Cube and press the JetStreamNet/Pair button on the remote control with a short press at the same time. This issue occurs because the S-Cubes have been disconnected from the surround sound system and not fully reconnected.
