Dartin Bilateral Reduction/Night Kit
Intended Use:
For collecting drainage uids from two
catheters into one bag. Provide simple
exchange from Day Bag to Night Bag.
Instructions For Use:
1 Attach end of 20” silicone tubing from Part A to
drainage catheter 1 (leur lock)
2 Remove tubing from top of DS600 (not provided)
and reattach to open arm of Y connector on Part A.
Attach other end of tubing (leur lock) to drainage
catheter 2.
3 Attach Part B (friction t) to top of DS600.
4 Connect leur lock from top of part B to
female leur lock on Part A.
To Switch to Night Bag:
1 Clamp off tubing at bottom of Part A. Using proper
sterile technique, undo connection between Part A and Part B.
2 Attach tubing (leur lock) from DNLL2000 Night Bag to Part A.
3 Release clamp on Part A.
Sterile if package is unopned and undamaged. For single use only.
The reuse of this single-use device can lead to patient infection and/or device malfunction.

Instructions For Use

Attach Tubing to Catheter 1

Attach the 20-inch silicone tubing from Part A to drainage catheter 1 (leur lock).

Reconnect Tubing to Y Connector and Catheter 2

Reconnect tubing from DS600 to Y connector on Part A and attach to catheter 2.

Attach Part B to DS600 Drainage Bag

Securely attach Part B to the top of the DS600 drainage bag using a friction fit.

Connect Part B to Female Leur Lock on Part A

Connect the leur lock from the top of Part B to the female leur lock on Part A.

To Switch to Night Bag

Clamp Tubing and Disconnect

Clamp the tubing at the bottom of Part A and disconnect Part A from Part B.

Connect Night Bag Tubing

Attach the tubing from the DNLL2000 Night Bag to Part A using the leur lock.

Release Clamp on Part A

Release the clamp on Part A to allow fluid flow.
