Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a
baking sheet with parchment paper. Use
the Dash rapid peeler to create thin sweet
potato strips.
Toss the sweet potato strips in olive oil, salt,
and pepper. Then, spread the strips on the
parchment paper evenly without crowding.
Bake for 15 minutes and then, turn the pan
and bake for another 15 minutes or until
the sweet potato fries are crispy.
Place the Greek yogurt, lime, chipotle
pepper, salt and pepper into a blender and
mix until well combined. Serve as a dipping
sauce for warm sweet potato fries.

• 3 sweet potatoes

• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 small chipotle pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• pepper to taste
