Ingredients:
long strips, about 1 inch wide
2 cups panko bread crumbs
4 tbsp grape seed or vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tsp sea or kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Mix the panko with oil. Rub between your hands to coat the oil onto the panko. Add the salt, cumin
and black pepper and mix into the panko.
