peeled, seeded,
and roughly chopped
½ medium avocado, peeled
and roughly chopped
1 small sweet onion,
roughly chopped
1½ cups greek yogurt
½ cup fresh dill
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Place all the ingredients for the soup in the Chef Series Digital Blender
and blend on the “Purée” setting until very smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve cold.
