DIRECTIONS:
Soak almonds in water for 8 hours.
Pour almonds and water into the Chef Series Digital Blender.
Blend until completely smooth and emulsied.
Pour through a ne strainer, sprinkle with cinnamon and
serve immediately.

½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
