DIRECTIONS:
Blend the dates, peanut butter, coconut oil, almonds, cherries, and
almond extract in the Chef Series Digital Blender.
Add the quinoa and pulse just until combined. Scoop mixture into a
parchment lined baking dish and press down evenly.
Refrigerate until set and cut into rectangles or squares.
