Resetting the Device:
Should you find that the software on the UbiSurfer does not work as expected, by either refusing to turn off or on, or is frozen or
any hardware component is not functioning properly, you may have to do a hardware reset. This is accomplished by (after turning
off the device if possible) inserting a pin into the reset hole on the underside of the UbiSurfer in the small hole with the word
RESET written over it. The method to do this is to slowly insert the pin until you feel a small resistance .Then push a little more
until a small pop is felt and/or heard. This should resolve the problem.
