Function Description

The DAYI MOTOR e-Odin 2.0 and e-Odin Pro are electric motorcycles designed for personal transportation. Usage Features

The motorcycles are designed for ease of use, with clear instructions for ignition, unlocking, and locking. To ignite, the power button on the remote control is pressed, and the key is inserted and turned to "IGNITION." Unlocking involves pressing the unlock button on the remote to deactivate the alarm, then inserting and turning the key clockwise to unlock the handlebar. Locking requires turning off the motorcycle, turning the handlebar to the left, inserting and turning the key counterclockwise, and pressing the lock button on the remote to activate the alarm.

The dashboard provides real-time information, including indicators for left and right turn signals, long beams, OBD malfunction, and a "READY" indicator. The battery bar shows the remaining power, and charging is recommended when three grids remain. The external charger's indicator turns RED during charging and GREEN when complete.

The left handlebar switch allows for easy toggling between dipped and high beams, activating turn signals (right, left, or off), sounding the horn, and engaging/disengaging parking mode. The right handlebar switch controls hazard lights (on/off), general lights (on/off), reverse mode (by pressing and holding 'R'), and speed gear selection (by pressing 'S' for different speed limits).

Maintenance Features

These checks include wheels/tyres (pressure check every 1000 km), direction, suspension (front/rear, with recommended oil change every 2 years), center and side stand, tightened bolts/nuts, brake fluid (recommended change every 2 years), brake discs, brake pads/calipers, throttle grip operation, battery, lights/switches/horn, and system diagnostics.

Battery maintenance is crucial:

• Environmental conditions: Use between -10°C and 45°C, charge between 10°C and 35°C.
• Charging practices: Do not exceed 24 hours of charging, avoid charging outdoors or in high temperatures, and ensure the fan-cooled radiator is open. Connect the battery to the charger before connecting to power, and disconnect from power before disconnecting from the battery.
• Storage: For short-term storage, keep the motorcycle in a flat, ventilated, dry place, and charge the battery to 50%. For long-term storage, perform a full charge/discharge cycle every 2 months with an initial 50% charge, and charge to 100% before reuse. The battery should be disconnected from the motorcycle during long-term storage.
• Troubleshooting: The manual provides a troubleshooting list for common issues like the motorcycle not turning on, engine failure, charging failure, and reduced autonomy/speed, with recommended solutions or advice to contact a dealer.

Washing the motorcycle should be done with neutral detergents and soft cloths, avoiding large flows of water or pressurized water, especially around the battery compartment and rear fender where critical parts are located. All revisions and repairs must be carried out by an authorized dealer/distributor using original spare parts to maintain warranty validity.
