What to do if Daytona DJ3000 jack will not lift at capacity?
- DDeborah MorrisJul 30, 2025
If your Daytona Tools jack isn't lifting to its full capacity, there are several things you can check: * Ensure the Release Valve is completely closed. * Bleed any trapped air from the hydraulic system. * Check the hydraulic oil level and refill if it's low. * Verify that the jack does not have too much hydraulic oil inside; adjust if necessary. Additionally, the valves might be blocked. To flush them, lower the Saddle, securely close the Release Valve, manually lift the saddle a few inches, then open the Release Valve and quickly force the saddle down.
