Fuse Amplifier Power Wire at the Battery

Fuse power wire within 12" of the car's battery to protect the car from short circuits.

Features and Benefits

DC Offset Protection

Protects speakers from DC voltage at the output stage by shutting down the amplifier.

Short Circuit Protection

Protects the amplifier from damage due to speaker shorts or wiring contact with ground.

Power Fusing

Protects the amplifier against short circuits and excessive current.

Power Connections

Connect Amplifier to Car Battery

Connect amplifier's power wire to car battery's positive terminal with an in-line fuse.

Connect Ground to Car Chassis

Connect amplifier's ground wire to the car's chassis at a clean, paint-free point.

Connect Remote Terminal

Connect the remote terminal to a switchable +12V source to turn the amplifier on/off.
