Bahn-Tix – Collecting Your Ticket from the Vending Machine

Please note, that the order number is just a

booking confirmation and not a valid ticket.

You have to collect your

ticket from a ticket vending

machine before departure by

using the confirmation

number.

The following steps will

guide you through the

process.

On the welcome screen, select English as

language by using the flags at the bottom. Then

push the button „All offers“.

On the bottom right you will find the button

“Pre-booked tickets” for collecting your tickets.

For printing your Event Ticket, please press the

first button „Collection of pre-booked tickets

(Bahn-Tix)“.

Summary

Select English language and choose "All offers" on the welcome screen.

Locate and press the "Pre-booked tickets" button on the bottom right.

Press the "Collection of pre-booked tickets (Bahn-Tix)" button for Event Tickets.

Choose "Identification with order code" to proceed with ticket collection.

Input your order code using the numeric keyboard and press "Confirm".

Choose the desired item from the list of open orders and select "Print now".

Departure station is not printed; ticket is valid nationwide. Check for all items.
