Make sure the filter plate and drain filter are correctly inserted. Place detergent in the large compartment only. Scrape off excess food from dinnerware before loading. Use recommended dishwasher detergent brands and ensure you're using enough detergent. Finally, check and clean the spray arm and filter plate/drain filter if they are blocked.

Check that the spray arm can rotate freely, and that the DishDrawer® isn't overloaded or incorrectly loaded. Verify that the filter plate/drain filter is correctly inserted and clean. Make sure detergent is in the correct dispenser compartment and that you're using a recommended dishwasher detergent in the right amount. Also, scrape off excess food from dinnerware before loading. If the spray arm holes are blocked, clean the spray arm. If the filter plate/drain filter is blocked, clean the filter plate and drain filter.
