The DDPAI R1S is a wireless fast charging car charger designed to securely hold and charge mobile phones in a vehicle. It offers a blend of convenience, safety, and adaptability for various car and phone setups.

The core function of the R1S is to provide wireless fast charging for compatible mobile phones while they are held securely in the car. It features automatic induction recognition, meaning that when a mobile phone is placed near the holder, the clamping arms will automatically open to receive it and then close to grip it securely, initiating wireless charging. This intelligent sensor allows for quick and effortless placement and retrieval of the phone. The device supports standard 15W wireless charging and is Qi standard compatible, ensuring broad compatibility with many modern smartphones.

For installation, the R1S offers two primary methods: an air vent clip and a 3M glue bracket. The air vent clip is designed to be attached to the car's air outlet. It features a twist-lock mechanism and a screw knob, allowing users to adjust the tightness of the clip to fit various air outlet thicknesses. The manual provides guidance on how to adjust the clip to different tightness levels (Tight, Tighter, Tightest) based on the air outlet's thickness, ranging from 0 to 0.39 inches. It's important to adjust the clip properly and avoid overtightening to prevent damage. The 3M glue bracket offers an alternative for fixing the holder on the central control table. This method involves attaching a universal ball head of the 3M glue bracket into a nut, then securing the bracket to a clean, flat surface using the adhesive. Both installation methods allow for angle adjustment of the holder to fit the driver's sight line.

The R1S is equipped with several usage features to enhance user experience. An indicator light provides visual feedback on the device's status. A blue light indicates active charging, while a red light flashes in case of a fault (such as over voltage, over current, or under voltage). If the device detects over-temperature, the blue indicator turns off after 5 seconds. A notable feature is the "Super Capacitor, Power-Off Delay," which allows the clamping arms to open and close 2-3 times after the car's engine is turned off (within 1 minute). This feature enables users to manually remove their phone without damaging the wireless car charger holder, even when the car is shut down.

The clamping arms are designed with safety in mind. They are equipped with safety protective silicone pads on the inside to better protect the phone from scratches or damage. The bottom tray of the holder is adjustable telescopically, allowing it to adapt to mobile phones of different sizes and to avoid clamping the side buttons of the phone. This adjustability ensures a secure fit for a wide range of smartphone models. To release the phone, a quick release button is located on the side of the holder; a gentle touch will cause the clamping arm to open automatically.

The device's power supply is designed for efficiency, supporting 9V/2A and 12V/1.5A car chargers. It is important to use a compatible car charger, as using lower power chargers (e.g., 5V/2A, 5V/1A, 5V/0.5A) may cause the device to work abnormally or result in low charging efficiency. The charging cable connects via a Type-C port on the holder.

In terms of compatibility, the R1S is designed for specific car air vent types. It supports intensive, non-circular, and non-special-shaped air vents. It is not suitable for non-intensive, circular, or special-shaped air vents. Phone case compatibility is also a consideration; cases that are too thick (over 4mm/0.16inch), have bumpy, uneven, or rugged surfaces, or contain metal, magnets, ring-shaped brackets, metal stickers, or credit cards are not suitable as they may interfere with wireless charging or the clamping mechanism.

Maintenance features focus on ensuring the longevity and proper functioning of the device. Users are advised to keep the device dry, as rain, humidity, and liquids can corrode electrical circuits. If the device gets wet, it should be dried or wiped clean with a soft cloth immediately. Only compatible chargers should be used, and damaged chargers should be avoided. The device should not be placed in cold environments, as temperature fluctuations can lead to moisture penetration and damage. Disassembly or modification of the device is strongly discouraged, as it can damage the device and its wireless charging functions. Rough handling, such as throwing, patting, or shaking, should be avoided to prevent damage to the internal circuit board and mechanical structure. For cleaning, a clean soft cloth should be used, and the device should not be stored in dusty or dirty places. Finally, due to the magnetic components of the device, bank cards, credit cards, or other magnetic items should be kept away to prevent data loss due to demagnetization.
