The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and the DOC
(Department Of Communications,Canada) legislate the use of FM
transmitters operating in the commercial FM band. No license is
required for the use of these transmitters,in the exception of; if the
unit
is setted to comply with RSS-123 regulation (Applicable in Canada
only).This regulation stipulate that the user has to advise the nearest
local Industry Canada district about the use of such FM transmitter.

INSTALLATION
A) Introduction
Installation of a DECADE FM transmitter includes the following steps:
1) receiving inspection; 2) mounting on a shelf; 3) connecting the
audio source.
B) Receiving inspection
Check the transmitter packaging for any damage that could have
occurred during shipping. If you find any damage to the transmitter,
keep the packaging for claims purposes with the freight company.
Any damage should be noted on the receiving slip at the time of
delivery and the freight company advised within 5 working days
following the delivery of damaged units.
