User Manual UX11
• During the landing, all the LEDs are blinking red.
• Once the landing is completed, all the LEDs on the aircraft are solid green, except the TAKE
OFF LED which is off.
CAUTION
You can safely pick up the aircraft when the LEDs are solid green (except the TAKE OFF LED
which is off), not before.
2 The aircraft automatically detects the landing and notifies the Delair Flight Deck application. The
tablet then shows the post-flight checklist.
8.9.1 Abort landing
When something unexpected occurs during the landing phase before flaring, you can abort the
landing as demonstrated below (abort landing is possible down to an altitude of 15 m above the
predefined landing position).
1 Tap ABORT LANDING on the tablet.
The aircraft will climb again exactly as when it takes off.
The tablet shows again READY FOR LANDING and the LAND NOW button.
2 If required, adjust the landing location (landing spot, heading, direction of entry).
3 Tap LAND NOW when ready to retry the landing.
8.10 Completing the post-flight checklist
The aircraft automatically detects the landing and notifies the Delair Flight Deck application.
The application shows the post-flight checklist screen.
Carefully follow the instructions.
As part of the final steps in these instructions, you will notably be told to:
• switch off the aircraft with a long press on the Power button.
• switch off your Delair Link (when applicable).
• remove the battery (see Removing the battery from the UX11 aircraft on page 62).
• disassemble the aircraft (see Disassembling the UX11 aircraft on page 63).
Once the post-flight checklist is completed, the Delair Flight Deck application shows a flight
summary report, including several flight quality indicators.
This report can be displayed later at any moment from flight details.
8.11 Removing the battery from the UX11 aircraft
1 Put the UX11 aircraft upside down in a horizontal position on the supporting foam plate.
