Decimal point position of auxiliary axis value.
Description
This parameter should always have the value 0 in case of the calculated crowning axis function.
In the non calculated crowning selection it is possible to set the decimal point position as
required.
0 = no resolution
1 = 0.1 resolution
2 = 0.01 resolution
3 = 0.001 resolution
