Function
to define the binary value of the digital output of the several possible positions of the die.
Description
The I-axis (die shifting) moves from position to position as defined by the values of the digital
outputs. When you have enabled a digital I-axis then you also have to program the correct I-axis
position in the menu of the dies in the programming mode. In figure 8.3b you see the die
parameter screen with I-axis enabled.
