What to do if Paper Jam appears on Dell 2355dn Printer display?

  If the display shows 'Paper Jam,' start by opening and closing the front cover to see if the jammed paper exits automatically. If not, check the paper tray, optional tray 2, and tray 1, removing any jammed paper by gently pulling it straight out. Also, inspect the toner cartridge area and the output tray. If the paper is not visible, open the rear door, push the blue pressure levers down, and remove the paper. Finally, check the duplex unit by pulling it out and removing any jammed paper before pushing it back in.

  If faxes are printing on two pages instead of one, the auto reduction setting might be turned off. Try enabling this setting.
