The DELLA 3500MG Commercial Ozone Generator (Model# 048-GM-48251/048-GM-48252) is a device designed for air sterilization and odor removal in unoccupied areas. It produces toxic trioxygen (Ozone / O3), which effectively eliminates odors and sterilizes the air.

Important Warnings and Precautions:

• Unoccupied Use Only: This product produces toxic trioxygen (Ozone / O3) and must only be operated in unoccupied areas. No people, pets, or plants should be present in the area during operation.
• Health Risks: Exposure to ozone can cause permanent lung damage, eye, nose, or throat irritation, shortness of breath, chest pain, coughing, and worsen asthma symptoms.
• Post-Operation Wait Time: Ensure the machine is turned off and wait until the ozone has finished sterilizing the air and decayed into oxygen before re-entering the room. If an abnormal smell, eye/nose/throat irritation, or shortness of breath is experienced, turn the unit off immediately and leave the room. Wait at least 1 hour before re-entering.
• Avoid Overuse: Excessive ozone can damage carpets, foam cushions, plastic furnishings, rubber mats and padding, electrical coatings, fabrics, and certain art containing dyes and pigments.
• Not for Dust/Allergens: Ozone cannot be used to remove dust or allergic particles.
• Electrical Safety: Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug, or if the unit malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged. The unit must be connected to the ground to reduce the risk of electric shock. Unplug the unit when not in use. Do not modify the plug; have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician if needed.

Maintenance Features:

• Ozone Cell Cleaning:

  • Loosen the screw on the side of the unit.
  • Remove the ozone terminal.
  • Clean the ozone plates with alkaline water, then rinse with pure water.
  • Ensure all components are completely dry before re-installing them into the unit.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Verify the unit is plugged into a grounded socket and turned on.
  • Check that the ozone plates are clean and dry.
  • Ensure the fuse is installed properly and in working condition. Replace with a new 2 amp, 5 mm x 20 mm fuse if necessary.
