How to make perfect espresso coffee
1. Fill the water tank with fresh, clean water to
the level required either by removing and filling
at the sink or with a jug (do not exceed max
level)
2. Place the tank back in the coffee maker,
pressing it down firmly with the lid closed.
3. Turn the selector knob to the “ON” position
4. Place the filter with frother into the filter
holder
5 Fill the filter with desired amount of coffee
6. Press the filter holder up to the coffee tamper
to pack the coffee tightly
7. Place the filter holder beneath the boiler
outlet pushing up and rotating to the right until
it locks
8. Place cup(s) on the drip tray underneath the
filter holder
9. When the ‘OK’ light is lit, turn the selector
knob to espresso function
10. Allow water to flow until the “OK” light goes
out then turn the selector to the O off position
