  If your DeLonghi Air Conditioner isn't cooling sufficiently, several factors could be the cause. Make sure the window is closed. Remove any heat sources in the room, such as a heater or lamp, and reduce overcrowding. Check if the exhaust hose is disconnected and reconnect it if necessary. Lower the thermostat setting. Clean the air filter if it's clogged. Also, consider that the unit's capacity might not be adequate for the room size.

  If your DeLonghi Air Conditioner functions for only short periods and the OK signal lamp flashes, it indicates that the safety function has been enabled. This could be due to a blocked or bent exhaust hose. Check the exhaust hose to ensure that the discharge of air to the outside is not obstructed in any way and straighten it if it is bent. Then, press the ON/OFF button to restart the unit. If the condensator fan is blocked or there are discrepancies in the control card, contact a service center.
