The G.R.P. Body Shell is moulded in two separate
halfs,
top and bottom. The individual mouldings
are manufactured from continuous strand, glass
mat and polyester type 5567C 8226 resin.
The two halfs are bonded together to form an
exceptionally strong rigid structure Fig. 2 sections
of which may be replaced or repaired using
conventional fibre glass repair methods.
The body assembly is drilled to accept riv-nuts
which provide attachment points for the stainless
steel body panels. Fig. 1
