Step 4. On the toolbar, click the Application Command button or press F6.
In the Application Instructions dialog box, in Instruction Type drop-down list, select All
Application Instructions. In the Application Instruction drop-down list, select END, or use
the keyboard to type “END”, and then click OK. (See Figure 16-23.)

Step 5. Compile the program. On the toolbar, click the Compile button to compile the edited ladder
diagram into a command program. After compiling, the number of rungs appear on the left side
of the busbar. (See Figure 16-24.)
