Notes on operand usage:

The operand D occupies two consecutive points.
 S: Source device. D: Result device.
 Converts a BIN whole number into a binary decimal value.
 When X11 is ON, converts the whole number corresponding to D0 and D1 into
floating point numbers, and stores the result in D20 and D21.
