What to do if my Demon RQ580 engine fails to start?

If your Demon Brush Cutter engine fails to start, several factors could be at play. Start by checking if the petrol tank is empty and fill it if necessary. Ensure you're following the correct starting procedure as outlined in the user manual. If the engine is flooded, press the throttle lever, pull the choke lever, and pull the starter rope. Clean or replace the spark plug if needed. Inspect the spark plugs for carbon deposits or incorrect spark gap settings, and clean, adjust, or replace them accordingly. Check for any damage to the spark plug or ignition lead connector and replace if necessary. Also, inspect the petrol filter for clogging and replace or clean it. Finally, check the carburetor bolts and carburetor connector, and tighten as necessary.
