diaphragm will decrease, and the valve rod can also push rightward to increase the air inflow, which is the volume
adjusting process.
If the air usage amount of the system decrease a lot and the rise speed of pressure exceed the reflecting ability
of volume adjustment, the pressure switch will act to make the solenoid valve lose electricity, and the left air inlet
braking chamber lose pressure and the valve rod will be pushed to its closed position by spring to cut off air inflow.
Meanwhile, the air in the air tank will be discharged to the air inlet by discharge valve, and the air end will operate at
empty load state. When the system pressure lowers down to the lower limit of preset valve, the pressure switch acts
and reuses the solenoid valve to initiate and recover to the overload program.
C. Temperature switch attached indicator
It may all result in over-high exhaust temperature under the condition of water loss, oil loss, water shortage, oil
shortage and so on, and when the exhaust temperature reach the set value of temperature switch, the temperature
switch acts and stop operating. In general, the temperature switch is set 100℃ and attached a thermometer on the
panel board, so that it can show the exhaust temperature.
D. Check Valve
It can prevent the compressed air in the oil-gas tank from back-flowing to the inner machine to cause the rotor
reversal when shutting down the machine.
E. Expansion Joint
It can eliminate the inner stress of pipeline expansion and machine unit vibration caused by heat.
F. Oil -gas tank
There is an oil-level indicator at the side of oil-gas tank, and the oil level of static lubricating oil should be
between high oil level line and low oil level line of oil level indicator. Meanwhile, the inner of air-gas tank could be
installed an oil level indicator (optional part), and if the oil level lower than the lower limit of oil level indicator, the oil
level on the plate will be over-low and the warning lamp powers on. Oil discharge valve is installed at the bottom of
oil tank and should be turned on a little before starting to remove the condensation water in the oil-gas tank. An oil
filling hole should be opened on the tank to fill oil. Because of large cross area of oil tank, the compressed air can
lessen the flow speed to separate oil drop, which is the first stage of oil removal.
G. Oil-gas separator

.H. Safety Valve
When the pressure in the oil-gas tank is 0.1MPa higher than the set valve caused by improper adjustment or
failure of pressure switch, the safety valve will trip off to make the pressure lower down to the below set exhaust.
The safety valve has been adjusted well before delivery, so please don’t regulate it at will.
I. Discharge Valve
When stop operating or empty load, the discharge valve opens and discharge the pressure of the tank to make
sure the compressor start under un-load or empty-load operates.
J. Pressure Maintenance Valve
Oil-gas separator is at the outlet above the oil-gas tank, and its start pressure is set around 0.45MPa. The
functions of pressure maintenance valve are as follows:
a. Set up the circulating pressure needed by lubricating oil when operating to make sure the machine
lubricating.
b. Starting the machine after the pressure over 0.45MPa can reduce the air flow rate of the oil-gas separator,
which can protect the oil-gas separator from damage because of too large pressure difference, besides make sure
