Maintenance and Inspection
One．

．Lubricant oil standard and use maintenance
A. Usage recommendation:
Special oil for screw air compressor
B. Oil change step
a. Operate the air compressor to rise oil pressure in favor of discharging and then press the button ”OFF” to
stop operating.
b. Open oil discharge valve when pressure exists. Because the oil discharging speed is very quick, the valve is
easy to inject out and should open slowly to avoid lubricating oil splashing.
c. After discharging lubricating oil, close the oil discharge valve and open oil filter cap to add new oil. Please
note that discharge all lubricating oil in the system, such as pipeline, oil cooler, oil-gas tank and so on.
d. Screw up the ail filler cap and stop the machine after operating for 5-10minutes, and watch oil level and
make sure the level is between the upper and lower limit.
C. Lubricating oil usage notice
a. If it is the first time to use oil injection air compressor, the time of replacing oil is more difficult to be confirmed,
we can send oil sample to our company for oil quality test after using the oil quality for 500 hours to assure the
lubricating oil quality. Repeat the above steps every 1000 hours, and after several times, we can make sure the oil
change period of the air compressor and don’t waste oil quality.
b. Don’t let the lubricating oil exceed its service life, and replace it on time, otherwise, the lubricating oil quality
will decrease and lubricity will be bad, which easily appear the phenomenon of machine stop carbon deposit,
lubricating oil auto ignition and air compressor burn out because of decreasing fire point of lubricating oil.
c. After two years’ usage of air compressor, it is better do the oil-way work of system cleaning by lubricating oil,
whose method is that when renewing lubricating oil, operate the air compressor for 6-8 hours and then replace
lubricating oil immediately to make all kinds of residual organic components in the system cleaned off, and replacing
lubricating oil again can make it have better service life.
