What to do if my Der Kopfhorer CHIP DK02 Wireless Headphones have no sound?

If your Der Kopfhorer Wireless Headphones have no sound, first ensure that the headphones are switched on by pressing the ON/OFF button for about 2 seconds. Check the volume level on the headphones using the button, and also verify the volume on your playback device. Make sure the playback device is switched on and not muted. If you are using the audio cable in AUX IN mode, ensure it is correctly connected to both the headphones and the playback device.
