Usage Features

The oven is operated via several control knobs located on the front panel:

  • Temperature Control: This knob allows users to set the desired cooking temperature from 100°C to 250°C by turning it clockwise.
  • Heating Elements Control Knob: This knob offers various heating configurations:
    • " " (upper heating position, upper heating elements work only)
    • " " (down heating position, down heating elements work only)
    • " " (up & down position, upper heating & down heating will be started together)
    • "OFF" (position at function knob, all functions are disabled)
  • Rotisserie and Convection Control Knob: This knob activates specific cooking functions:
    • " " (ROTISSERIE position, and adjust the operation time at timer knob, then the rotisserie function will be started. Then set the desired baking function, grill temperature and time accordingly)
    • " " (CONVECTION position, and adjust the operation time at timer knob, then the convection function will be started. Then set the desired baking function, grill temperature and time accordingly)
    • " " (ROTISSERIE & CONVECTION position, and adjust the operation time at timer knob, convection & rotisserie function will be started together. Then set the desired baking function, grill temperature and time accordingly)
    • "OFF" (position at function knob, all functions are disabled)
  • Timer: The timer can be set for up to 60 minutes. When the timer knob is in the "OFF" position, the oven will not operate. The timer automatically turns off the oven and emits a bell sound when the set time has elapsed.

Before First Use:

  1. Ensure the oven is unplugged and the TIMER knob is in the OFF position.
  2. Remove and wash all accessories (rotisserie forks & handle, tray handle, bake rack, bake tray) in hot soak water or a dishwasher.
  3. Thoroughly dry and re-assemble all accessories in the oven.
  4. Plug the power cord into a wall socket.
  5. Run the oven at maximum temperature for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any manufacturing oils.
  6. Expect some smoke during the first use, which should disappear after about 5 minutes.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning:

  1. It is important to clean the appliance after each use to prevent grease and unpleasant odors.
  2. The appliance must be cool and unplugged from the outlet before cleaning.
  3. Do not immerse the appliance in water or wash it under water pressure.
  4. Removable grill rack and bake tray can be washed as normal kitchenware.
  5. Clean the outer surface of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  6. Do not use abrasive cleaner or sharp utensils to clean the oven, as they may scratch or shatter it.
  7. Let all removable accessories and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to plugging the oven back into the wall socket.

Important Safeguards:

  • Read all instructions carefully before use.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces; use handles and knobs.
  • Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, or any part of the oven in water or other liquids.
  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions. Return the appliance to an authorized service center for examination, repair, or adjustment.
  • Do not use other mismatched accessories, as it may cause a hazard or injury.
  • Do not place the oven on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven or microwave oven.
  • When operating, keep at least 4 inches of space on all sides of the oven to allow for adequate air circulation.
  • Unplug the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
  • To disconnect, turn the timer control knob to OFF position, then remove the plug.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquid.
  • Do not use metal to touch any part of the oven when operating.
  • Be extremely cautious when removing the tray or disposing of hot grease or other hot liquid.
  • Do not clean with metal scouring pads; pieces can break off the pad and touch electric parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended while broiling or toasting.
  • Oversized foods and metal utensils must not be inserted in the oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
  • A fire may cause if the oven is covered or touching inflammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on the oven during operation.
  • Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of anything other than metal or glass.
  • Do not place any of the following materials on the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper, or anything similar.
  • Do not store any materials, other than recommended accessories, in the oven.
  • Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves or use the tray handle when inserting or removing any items from the hot oven. Allow metal parts to cool down completely before cleaning.
  • This appliance is for household use only, do not use outdoors.
  • Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the After-sales Service Center or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

Special Warning:

  • The recycling symbol indicates that the product should not be disposed of with household refuse.
  • A caution symbol warns that the temperature of the accessible surface may be high when the appliance is operating.
