Also, make sure the optional humidifier chamber is fully engaged and the air supply port plug is fully inserted into the back of the CPAP.

If you're using a full face mask with an anti-asphyxia valve, the Auto-ON may not work, so use the ON/OFF button instead. Adjust the inspiratory and expiratory trigger sensitivity to adjust triggering for the patient. Alternatively, the Backup Rate (time) might be too high; reduce the Backup Rate setting.
