Intended Use
Your brush cutter attachment has been designed to be used
with your DCMAS5713 powerhead. This brush cutter has been
designed for household trimmingapplications.
DO NOT use under wet conditions or in the presence of
flammable liquids orgases.
DO NOT let children come into contact with the tool. Supervision
is required when inexperienced operators use thistool.

Take the time to thoroughly read and understand this manual
prior tooperation.
Residual Risks
To ensure you have good footing on slopes, do not overreach.
Keep your balance at all times. Always walk, do notrun.
Additional residual risks may arise when using the tool which
may not be included in the enclosed safety warnings. These
risks can arise from misuse, prolonged useetc.
Even with the application of the relevant safety regulations and
the implementation of safety devices, certain residual risks can
not be avoided. These include:
Injuries caused by touching any rotating/movingparts.
Injuries caused when changing any parts, blades
oraccessories.
Injuries caused by prolonged use of a tool. When using any
tool for prolonged periods ensure you take regularbreaks.
Impairment ofhearing.
Health hazards caused by breathing dust developed when
using your tool (example: working with wood, especially oak,
beech and MDF.)
Risk of burns due to accessories becoming hot
duringoperation.
