Electrical Safety
Always check that the battery pack voltage corresponds to the
voltage on the rating plate. Also make sure that the voltage of
your charger corresponds to that of yourmains.
Safety Instructions for Radios
Do not abuse cord. Never carry the radio by its cord. Never
pull the cord to disconnect from the socket. Keep the cord
away from heat, oil and sharpedges.
Remove the battery pack. Switch off before leaving it
unattended. Remove the battery pack when not in use, before
changing accessories or attachments and beforeservicing.
This appliance is intended to be used in moderateclimates.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including

or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD). The
use of a residual current device (RCD) reduces the risk of
electricshock.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play

Radio shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing; no objects
filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed onit.
No exposed flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be
placed on theradio.
Mains plug is used as the disconnect device; the disconnect
device (plug) shall remain readilyoperable.
