What to do if my DIAL PEC-A-1300-1M cooler has no cool air?

  If your DIAL Accessories cooler isn't producing cool air, first ensure the unit is set to the 'Cooling' function, not just 'Fan'. Then, check the water reservoir and fill it at least halfway before activating the pump. Also, inspect the pump and pump hose for any clogs that may be obstructing water flow and clear any debris. Finally, the pump itself might be defective and require replacement.

Why is the fan on my DIAL Accessories cooler not working or running slow?

  If the fan on your DIAL Accessories unit isn't working or is running slowly, first, ensure the electrical plug on the power cord is properly connected to the outlet. Next, make sure the dial is turned to either the 'Cooling' or 'Fan' function. If issues persist, the motor capacitor may be faulty and require replacement.
