Plug in the VC500 device, ensure the blue LED is lit, then proceed with driver installation.
Ensure 'Allow apps to access your camera' is enabled in Windows Privacy settings.
Check Video tab for NTSC_M format; ensure driver/VC500 is plugged in.
Verify the correct input source (Composite/S-Video) is selected and cables are connected.
