Getting crazy with it
If you really want to get crazy we suggest purchasing
some DiamondBoxx replacement small feet from
DiamondBoxx.com to screw into the sides of the
DiamondBoxx so that they can be positioned vertically
instead of horizontally. (These are the feet for the
Model M and L, L2) Then stack the left and right
DiamondBoxxes in towers with the tweeters to the
outsides and place all DiamondBoxxes in SP Mode. This
will create a “Line-Array” system which will give you the
loudest possible output, especially at a distance.
Other Uses
The “IN” jack can also be used to connect a musical
instrument or mixing console, and to avoid any possible
delay in sound caused by the DSP used on the AUX jack
input. When using the rear “IN” jack the active
crossovers and overload protection remain but the
internal EQ and volume control are bypassed. If trying
to use for a guitar amplifier a small battery powered
preamp/effect box or pedal is nessasary. Put this in-line
between the guitar and the “IN” jack to achieve the best
sound and full output.
