P/N 0005385013
2. The LEDs adjacent to F1, F2, F3, and F4 indicate that the fuse is good and not blown. If
not ON, first check for CB5 and CB6 not tripped.
3. For Surge Protection Varistors P250LA40 P/N 0043182005 are used on Incoming AC
Terminal Board
