Why is my Digimerge Touch DH200 DVR system not recording?

  If your Digimerge DVR system isn't recording, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if continuous recording is disabled by pressing the record button on the front panel, remote control, or Virtual Remote. It's highly recommended to keep continuous recording enabled for security. Also, ensure that the cameras are enabled in the Main Menu under the Record settings. Finally, verify if motion detection is enabled, as this can prevent continuous recording. You can enable or disable motion detection for specific cameras in the Main Menu under the Record settings.

What to do if Digimerge Touch DH200 is not powering up?

  If your Digimerge DVR isn't receiving power, ensure the cable from the power adapter is securely connected to the back of the unit and the power adapter is properly plugged in. If the cables are connected but the unit isn't powering on, confirm that the LED indicators on the front are lit. If connected through a power bar or surge protector, try connecting the power cable directly to the wall outlet. Check if the outlet is working by testing it with another device.
