Current patch bank
This value + 1 is the active foot switch bank. This value has a range from 0
to number of patch banks being used.
10 Patch bank definitions
10 x 6 byte array which contains the definition of each foot switch. The
byte values have the following definition:
0 No Function
1 Program Select Program number is corresponding byte in 10 patch bank
program numbers
2 Program Up
3 Program Down
4 ByPass
5 Repeat Hold
