Lift handset or use keypad to dial. Switch to speakerphone during an active call.
Use Hold key to place calls on hold. Press Resume key to retrieve. Handle multiple held calls.
Initiate transfers via icon, contacts, or dial pad. Choose announcement or direct transfer.
Add parties to calls using Conference button, extension, or contacts. Supports up to 3 parties.
Send callers directly to a user's voicemail without ringing their phone.
Park calls temporarily to an orbit number for retrieval from any phone in the building.
Adjust call and ring volumes using on-screen controls. Mute microphone for privacy.
Access Call Log by swiping right to view missed, dialed, and received calls.
Change phone status via profile icon. DND status is indicated by a specific icon.
Use keypad and green button to quickly redial the last number dialed.
Use Favorites for quick dialing, viewing contact status, and transferring calls.
Record calls using the Record button. Access recordings via voicemail inbox.
Dial 400 to set up voicemail, change password, options, and record greetings.
New voicemails appear on screen. Navigate menu to listen, call back, or manage.
Leave direct messages by selecting contacts and the Voicemail icon.
Use numeric pad for playback, saving, forwarding, and deleting voicemail messages.
Access mailbox via dial 400 to update greetings and password settings.
Voicemails arrive via email. They are forwardable and include Caller ID. Permanent deletion requires phone access.
