Step 14 - Add Picket Rails (I) onto the pickets (H) by sliding rail into the
posts (A). Ensure the openings are pointed downwards and lock into the
pickets already installed.
*Handy Tip - Start at one end of the rail and work your way along the length.
Use constant, steady downward pressure to keep existing pickets in place as
you insert new ones into place.
