Suitable machinery must be used whenever it is necessary to extract or
introduce the circuit gas load, respecting the environment at all times.
Symptom Cause Solution
• The unit works but does not cool.
• Insufcient or excess load.
• Dirt in the condenser.
• Condenser fan defective.
• Blockage in the circuit.
• Verify the load by checking the pressure; if it is below 0.5 bars or above 5.0 bars
with the unit running, restore the load and vacuum deair for at least 30 minutes
and introduce 250 g.
• Clean the condenser with pressurised air.
• Connect or replace the condenser fan.
• Check the pressure; if it is below 0.5 bars with the unit running, clean the circuit or
replace the obstructed components (possibly the continuous ow capillary pipe).
